Admission Eligibility 1. A person holding intermediate (HSSC) examination with holding mathematics or equivalent qualification certified by IBCC with atleast 50 % marks shall be eligible to apply for the admission. 2. Admission will be on open marit basis. 3. Students with Computer Science background will be given preference. 4. A candidate must not be more than 23 years of age on 1st October of the year of admission, provided that the Vice Chancellor may relax age limit in very exceptional cases. Acadamic Standing 1. Grade ‘Point average (Maximum grade point average 4.00 & Minimum grade point average for obtaining the Degree 2.50. 2. To remain the roll of the university a student shall be required to maintain the following CGPA in each semester. 3. A student who maintains the minimum GPA/CGPA for promotion and meets the requirements will be promoted to the next semester. 4. A student who does not meet the requirements may repeat the whole semester once only. The course grades that a student earns in the repeated semester shall replace the previously earned course grades. 5. The minimum duration for completing the course for the degree of BS (CS), BS (IT) and BS(SE) shall be 8 semesters and maximum 12 semesters.
